Charles Mukiwa

Charles Mukiwa is a seasoned development practitioner with over 20 years of work in the NGO-world. Charles has managed number of Projects from a wide variety of donors that support E.I.M’s programs. Charles brings to the table experience of work with Government and Non-Governmental Partners.

Charles Mukiwa has spent over 15 years of managing Projects in the areas of Agriculture and Food Security, Adolescent Girls and Young Women, Environmental Health, WASH, MCHN, Gender, Child Protection, Climate Change Management and Disaster Risk Management.

Using a hands-on approach and keeping an open-door policy, Charles Mukiwa’s work is inspired by Ban ki-Moon’s words that, “Sustainable Development is the pathway to the future we want for all. It offers a framework to generate economic growth, achieve social justice, exercise environmental stewardship and strengthen governance,”

Brereton Mitambo

Brereton Mathew Mitambo holds a Bachelor of Education from the University of Malawi. In addition to that, he has also studied for a Bachelor of Commerce in Supply Chain Management and a Master of Business Administration from the Management College of Southern Africa (MANCOSA).

Brereton has worked with Emmanuel International Malawi since 2009. He is an all rounder, having worked in Project Management, Finance and Administration.

Dennis Kaliati
Dennis Kaliati brings to the table varied experience from both profit-making and non-profit making worlds. He is a fully qualified accountant with five years plus of hands-on management of donor funds from DFID, USAID, UN and many other partners and donors, both local and international

Head Of Human Resource

Bertha Mayambiro Chavula

Bertha is a holder of Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Malawi with more than 15 years’ experience in Human Resource Management. She is familiar with all the best Human Resource practices and policies and knows how to effectively apply them in the workplace. One of her greatest strengths is being able to ensure that an organization employs the right balance of staff in terms of skills, gender and experience.

On top of this, she has excellent organizational skills, coupled with an ability to create at all levels of the Human Resource organization a highly engaged workforce. On a more personal level she recognizes the uniqueness of human capital as a unique resource that drives organizational success and this is something that allows her to quickly build up credibility with them.
